Westpac Bank New Zealand. Carlson Marketing has been successfully operating Westpac’s credit card customer loyalty program – hotpoints since 1999. Having designed and built hotpoints, Carlson continues to successfully manage this programme end to end from the customer call centre and online capabilities through to fulfilment of redemptions.

 
 
ASB New Zealand. Carlson Marketing designed, built and operates the online store for ASB’s credit card customer loyalty programme - True Rewards. Offering increased reward options for ASB customers, the True Rewards online store continues to motivate consumers to use their credit card as a preferred form of payment.

 
 
ANZ National Bank. In 2008, Carlson Marketing successfully designed, built and launched three credit card loyalty programmes for ANZ National Bank and now operates these customer loyalty programmes for the three credit card products – ANZ Everyday Rewards Visa, ANZ Platinum Visa and National Bank Platinum Visa.

 
 
Vodafone New Zealand. Carlson Marketing worked with Vodafone New Zealand to build an online employee reward programme to help motivate staff and drive desired behaviours. After a successful launch in 2007 Carlson continue to manage this programme for Vodafone.

 
 
Flexirent New Zealand. Flexirent is a type of operating lease for customers who know the importance of having the latest technology all the time. Carlson Marketing built and operates the online store for Flexirent’s channel programme – Flexichips.

 
 
Fisher & Paykel Finance. After delivering strategy work for Fisher & Paykel Finance in 2007, Carlson Marketing assisted in designing, building and launching the yourrewards programme for Fisher & Paykel’s Farmers Card in 2008.  Carlson now manages the yourrewards programme for Fisher & Paykel Finance.



 
 
Pfizer New Zealand. Pfizer New Zealand Animal Health is leading the way to better animal health care. Carlson Marketing was engaged to design and build Pfizer's vet only channel program for pharmaceuticals and now operates this successful programme helping Pfizer to increase sales year on year.
