Having designed and built hotpoints, Carlson continues to successfully manage this programme end to end from the customer call centre and online capabilities through to fulfilment of redemptions.

Offering increased reward options for ASB customers, the True Rewards online store continues to motivate consumers to use their credit card as a preferred form of payment.

In 2008, Carlson Marketing successfully designed, built and launched three credit card loyalty programmes for ANZ National Bank and now operates these customer loyalty programmes for the three credit card products – ANZ Everyday Rewards Visa, ANZ Platinum Visa and National Bank Platinum Visa.
